We use Exclaimer to standardize corporate identity. Before using Exclaimer, users had to manage their email signatures, causing confusion and a lack of a unified corporate identity. Exclaimer is very flexible; you can create multiple signatures and apply the email signature based on AD attributes.
- Ease of setting up multiple signatures.
- Apply signatures based on AD attributes.
- Works with Azure.
- You don't need an agent to apply the signatures.
- To get a precise layout, HTML is necessary. An improved WYSIWYG would be great.
- Increase brand trust due to standardizing corporate identity.
- Simplified email signature management.
We use the scheduled templates to create a monthly message that attaches to the end of the email signature. This makes the email signature more dynamic and a conversation starter.
Exclaimer uses security roles to manage and protect email signatures. So far, we haven't run into any issues.
We evaluated CodeTwo Email Signatures many years ago but eventually settled on using Exclaimer for its ease of use and deployment.
