Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

We are using Exclaimer to assign all our email signatures to our Outlook email. We were designing and cloning the signature per person but I contacted Exclaimer support and was assisted to do just one sign that can be applied to all contacts. That's the only issue we encountered using Exclaimed, and it got resolved right away.

Create and schedule different email signature templates for different departments as it is easily used and less maintenance, as we have used them for a couple of years now. We only encountered less than 3 issues, and were resolved right away. It is user-friendly and really easy to access and use.
Instead of having to assign a signature per person, Exclaimer supplies the signature base on the contact's outlook profile. No need to manually design the signature as you set up your account. It is good for the company as the signature is uniform for all its employees and it can easily be fixed if an error was encountered.
