Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365
Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer
We moved into using Exclaimer from having manually configured email signature clients configured on each device. This makes the process of using the product so smooth and efficient, ensuring that all users have the same standard setup as well as configuring a company wide template for the brand.
It also streamlines the process of making changes and using the signatures for marketing and promotion of events.

Pros
- Integration with AD
- Standardising templates
- Multiple profiles and policies for different scenarios
Cons
- Providing information on known issues/bugs, ie unable to add signature to emails with 25mb attachments
- Provide an error message/email/notification if it was unable to add the signature to the sent items so the users are aware
- Saving a large amount of time to manually configure a signature for each device they use
- Ensured we have a standard platform with company branding and the ability to promptly update
- Allows us to offer marketing options
We have not implemented these options but we do know they exist and may revisit these in a future date. We have however been using different email templated based on different keywords to allow us to communicate with different clients with ease.
Keeping our data secure is vital to our business so this is fantastic news for us.
Having previously worked with on premise exclaimer, this was the main option I was going to evaluate
