Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365
Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer
Exclaimer fills the gap in making sure the company has a clear unified look for all communications. Easy to use central management and a quick simple deployment were key for us and it integrates perfectly with 365 and Outlook as a highly recommended product. Before using Exclaimer, the firm has manual signatures in everyone's GMail profiles so the migration to 365 allowed a great opportunity to tie-in a proper enterprise signature solution - gone are the days of a word document with the email signature templates and a remote session with every user!!

- I feel like support could be improved in terms of response times
- It would be nice to have a desktop app again that ties directly into the cloud solution
- Ability to design and import in other applications or a better design tool
- time saved through simplified email signature management
- opportunity to turn email signatures into a dynamic marketing channel direct to mailbox
We use it simply to stage our next update of signature before making live. We've not needed these feature yet but it's good to know they're there!
Massively - we wouldn't use the product if you didn't!
I've trialed a number of solutions including scripts and policies but nothing matches what Exclaimer does!
