Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

Exclaimer is used to provide a consistent look and feel across all email communications, whether that be for emails sent from laptops, webmail, mobile devices (either using Outlook or the native email app) or automated emails they all have the same company approved signature design. No longer do you find that a staff member has sent an email with a "dodgy" looking signature that reflects badly on the company. If we're doing a capital raise we can also instantly switch on a banner across all staff email signatures to direct recipients back to the opportunity on our website.

Pros

  • Centralised management of email signatures
  • Easy to implement
  • Good signature design tool
  • Email rules that provide enough flexibility

Cons

  • Some delay on adding the signatures to emails in the sent items folder
  • Occasionally (very rarely) adds the signature to the wrong spot in the email
  • Marketing channel
  • Trust in brand (added professionalism)
  • Ease of onboarding for new users
