Highly recommended signature solution for medium to large businesses

With managing such a large company such as our firm, that houses various levels of practice and staff, one of the best decisions we made was implementing this software. We've been able to not only custom tailor each level attorney we have here at the firm, but also set defaults for new, replies, and forwards right from the console. I honestly recommend this often to associates of mine at other companies, as it's helped streamline our signature uniformity process rather easily.

As mentioned, uniformity is paramount here at our firm, and we've achieved this quickly and efficiently. Instant changes via AD fields with quick refresh times have also helped a ton, as some users are not the most patient in situations like that. Lastly the flexibility of the software has become a crucial tool for our department.

We have not actually considered the cloud version, but we plan to in the future.
