We use Exclaimer to manage the signatures for multiple clients through a unified, complex, but still very accessible and intuitive interface. It is helpful, as it allows multiple instances of different signatures for the same client, applying perfectly to the requirements of different departments. And allows testing the signature without client's involvement, which allows an Admin to test and apply different models and also save different templates that can be applied when and where it is required.
