Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365

Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

We use it to auto apply signatures to our staff emails. This is regardless of which device they use and requires no extra setup from the ICT department after the initial setup of the signatures. It saves us time implementing the signatures and ensures uniform and presentable branding on all email communication.

Pros

  • Uniform branding across emails.
  • No need for setup per account or device.
  • Ability to have multiple signatures based on accounts/groups.

Cons

  • The UI is sometimes a bit hard to navigate.
  • More unified branding across staff.
  • Time saved through simplified email signature management.
  • Ability to turn signatures into a dynamic marketing channel.
Yes, we regularly update our signatures to reflect upcoming events, changed business hours, etc. This helps us stay current and gives us another way to advertise the school to the public without too much extra work.
We haven't noticed the focus on security, but I take this as a good thing. If they have it all under control, we shouldn't be noticing or experiencing any risks associated. We haven't had any alerts from 365 or any reason to suggest there's been any compromise in security during our time with Exclaimer.

Do you think Exclaimer delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Exclaimer's feature set?

Yes

Did Exclaimer live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Exclaimer go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Exclaimer again?

Yes

It is good when you want to frequently change email signatures staff-wide based on current events, etc. It's also good for reducing the workload of the ICT staff when there are new staff members or devices that need a signature applied. It's not so appropriate when a staff member wants to change their own signature, not that we want them to.
