Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

We use Exclaimer across the entire business. It allows us to maintain appropriate signatures and advertising banners on emails through Exclaimer Cloud and integrates our Office 365 information. It also works on your mobile devices, allowing us to present emails professionally, no matter what device we are working from.

  • Allows simple layout of email signatures
  • Allows rule-based definitions
  • Allows simple maintenance by the marketing team
  • Some of the interface choices in web management are not great
  • Better customer experience with accurate and useful footers
  • Ability to market new services automatically to all clients
  • Exclaimer Signature Manager Exchange Edition
We moved to the cloud, so needed to migrate to Exclaimer Cloud. The interface is better in Exclaimer Cloud.

We have found it great for use within our company because it gives us the flexibility to set rules for different from emails/to emails, and better personalize our advertising banners depending on the from/to emails. It works really well for a mobile workforce and fixes the default "sent from iPhone" footer problem by applying a nice corporate signature to every email.
