We upgraded to Exclaimer when we moved to Office 365 and use it to maintain signatures across various domains within our business. It allows us to manage multiple signatures based on domain names of the from and to email addresses and ensures that all our emails--whether from Outlook, web-based Outlook, or mobile devices--are all using the corporate identity and information required for our clients.

We migrated to Cloud when we migrated to Office 365. It has a better interface with the cloud product and is simpler to use because it is a hosted service.
