Exclaimer provides consistent email signatures across the enterprise using the approved corporate branding assets and format. Standardized emails appear regardless of whether they were sent from a desktop, laptop, PC, Mac, iPhone, or Android.

Pros

Good integration with Office 365
Good documentation
When I did need to involve their support organization, the response was quick, knowledgeable, and relevant to my issue.

Cons

The signature design user interface continues to evolve. There are some powerful capabilities in signature design, but they can become a bit cluttered depending on the complexity of your needs.

Xink

My organization also worked with Xink, but due to either product capabilities or our implementation of it, found that it required the use of the Outlook client for implementation. That's fine for Windows users, but our Mac community does not use the Outlook client.

Likelihood to Recommend

Well suited for providing consistent, standardized email signatures across the enterprise. End-users have to get used to the fact that they do not see their email signature when they are composing an email (because they are added to the email server).
