Overall Satisfaction with Expensify
Expensify is used by the entire organization.
- Captures charges with multiple credit cards
- Allows categorization to be easily defined
- Allows you to calculate mileage right from the application.
- The mileage calculation does not allow you to modifty the route and often calculates it incorrectly
- Mileage should be automatically categorized as ground transportation
- Great for making sure employees expenses are timely reimbursed.
- Make sure expenses are all captured accurately.

Concur and Expensify are very similar in nature. Since I am using it on the user side, not the accounting side, there may be more differences on the accounting side.
