Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Expensify to handle reimbursements for over 50 employees. Expensify is simple to setup and even easier to use to submit multiple expenses with receipts using the automatic entry on the mobile. It is a breeze to administer and makes it easy to reimburse or reach back out to the employee for additional details or corrections. Also, interfaces well Quickbooks!

Easy to enter expense information
Co-pilot function makes it possible to help employees
Magic code works better than a static password for security!

Cons

Allow for individual expense maximums vs. one set at the workspace level
Allow for more than one attachment to an expense
I think the setup is easy, but some non-technical employees did have a hard time. Enhancement to be more directed setup.

Return on Investment

Easier workflow than maintaining spreadsheets
Efficient processing and reporting or expenses
Saves manual entry into budgeting software.

Usability

Expensify saves us time (and money) and has allowed us to incorporate the administration of expenses to be a part of someone's job and not someone's sole job!

Likelihood to Recommend

Expensify is well suited for the company with many employees where there is only 1 administrator. I find the concierge function effective in helping to solve problems. The application works well with companies that have a workforce with varying degrees of technical aptitue.
