Overall Satisfaction with Expensify

We use it for individual business expenses. Travel, meals while traveling, things like this

Pros

  • Very intuitive and easy to learn
  • Transparency about where the reports are sent so I can follow up when it’s slow
  • Easy refund process where I can upload a bank account for direct deposit

Cons

  • A more fleshed out tutorial could be helpful for setting up your first expense
  • I’m just an individual employee using the product, but it saves me a lot of time doing expense reports that I can then spend on work instead. Time saving is the main benefit
Super intuitive and lots of helpful time saving features like uploading pictures that are automatically read.
This is the only expensing software I’ve used
