Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I have never had the opportunity to use a platform quite like Expensify. So easy to use and allows me to expense any work-related expenses on the fly. I was onboarded in the latter part of 2024, right around the holidays. My company, Concentric AI, allowed its employees to spend $150.00 on holiday gifts. From submitting receipts to the turnaround time for reimbursement was fantastic. Every company, especially in the tech world, should be using Expensify.

Usability

The UI is very simple. Expensify does not over complicate things. To have a mobile application is a game changer. I am not an overly technical person, so using Expensify does not stress me while I am traveling. It makes travel and work-related expenses easy to submit and with speed.

Expensify allows our whole sales and marketing team to submit all traveling expenses at the click of a button. We travel a lot for conferences, shows to all parts of the world.Whether it is the United Kingdom, Japan, Canada, etc, Expensify makes it easy to expense all transactions on the fly.
