Overall Satisfaction with Expensify

We use Expensify to manage are corporate credit cards for our employees and it saves me so much time each month. It allows each employee to easily tag and code each transaction. It is a great tool and I would highly recommend this for any business that uses credit cards.

Pros

  • house all receipts for each user
  • allows you to tags expenses to multiple categories
  • allows you to assign a gl code to that expense

Cons

  • it would be nice to pull up an expense without having to go to reports for any cards that are inactive
  • it has greatly increased productivity at the end of each month due to the reporting capabilities
I don't have any real complaints except not being able to review expenses for previous card holder or inactive card unless i review reports.
