Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our entire organization uses Expensify to simply our expense reporting system. It allows us to use our personal cards if needed and expense the charge right inside of the tool. The Expensify website is very easy to use and very well laid out. We use it for everyday expenses and mileage reimbursement.

Cons

Combining the expense report and expense declaration could be a little cleaner
Allowing a "roundtrip" button for mileage would be nice.
The app could use a little work

Usability

Expensify is a great tool, especially for growing companies such as ours. It is easy to use and gives the option for using corporate cards or our own personal cards. Additionally, the ease of reporting mileage is fantastic. I do think the app needs a little work to integrate into our security protocols, but being able to send receipts directly to our system is fantastic.

I believe Expensify is very well suited for our organization due to the simplicity of the design. We are able to accumulate expenses and assign them to reports with ease. Additionally, the ability to email in receipts is a huge plus so we can keep the digital footprint high and not need paper receipts or have the need to scan in receipts.
