Overall Satisfaction with Expensify

We use Expensify to manage expenses relevant to travel and marketing for our cyber school. This involves tracking mileage, per diem expenses, and occasional petty cash purchases for marketing materials or other items students may need.

Pros

  • Quick and easy reimbursement
  • An easy-to-use filing system
  • Access to the expense report's progress.

Cons

  • The receipt system, although an upgrade, is still somewhat clunkily implemented in our school and requires saving external files.
  • Faster and quicker reimbursements
  • More accurate reporting
It could be more intuitive, but some of that may be on my company's accounting end.
Expensify is much more user friendly and efficient.

Expensify is great for calculating mileage for trips. Its internal map features provide instant and accurate distances, which saves time instead of using external features and saving and submitting graphics.

Its filing system is, although not exactly intuitive, easy to understand and fill out.
