Overall Satisfaction with Expensify

We use Expensify to process our expense reports for travel, entertainment etc. It is a simple process of uploading receipts, reviewing and then submitting for approval. The experience has been much simpler than other products I have used in the past. I primarily have used the product in relation to travel expense.

Pros

  • Automation
  • Speed
  • Clarity

Cons

  • Coding simplification, it would be great if codes could be more automatically generated.
  • The speed in which a report can be completed takes a lot of the headache out of the process.
  • The submission process also appears seamless without me taking the time to send various emails throughout the organization just to be repaid.
The process was quick and simple with limited need to have training or someone sitting over my shoulder.
