Overall Satisfaction with Expensify
We use Expensify at our company to manage employee expenses. As an end user (not an admin), I mainly use it to submit my business expenses for approval and reimbursement. It’s super easy to upload receipts, categorise expenses and track where everything is in the approval process. I usually use the mobile app, but the website works great too. Expensify has made the whole process a lot quicker and less painful, both for employees like me and for who handles approvals (be it line managers or the finance team). The mobile app in particular has a function to take a photo and automatically scan and tag receipts which is a life saver. In general it helps cut down on paperwork and made it way easier to get expenses sorted and reimbursed without all the back and forth.
