Overall Satisfaction with Expensify
The company I work for was using a spreadsheet system which was slow and open to errors; we also had to take photos of, and upload receipts individually. The whole process was a nightmare for both the company and the employee. Expensify addresses this by taking care of everything with just a few clicks.
Pros
- Saves literally hours of my time, and I'm sure that of my employers too.
- Removes errors (I always used to make at least one mistake!)
- The user interface is intuitive - no training needed.
Cons
- The app is a little slow uploading receipts, however you can keep on adding them and it will eventually catch up so is not a big deal.
- As a small team reliant on efficiency, Expensify is invaluable to ensuring that employees are spending time on value add task instead of administrative tasks.
