Overall Satisfaction with Expensify

I work remotely for an international organization, and Expensify has been an absolute lifesaver when it comes to managing expenses across different currencies, countries, and time zones. It simplifies everything—from scanning receipts to submitting reports—with an intuitive, user-friendly interface.
The SmartScan feature is especially helpful. I just take a picture of a receipt, and Expensify automatically extracts all the important details and categorizes the expense correctly.

Where Expensify Works Exceptionally Well Travel and Per Diem Tracking: When I travel for work, Expensify makes it incredibly easy to track flights, lodging, meals, and even per diems. SmartScan captures receipts instantly and matches them to expenses automatically, which is a huge time-saver. Multi-Currency Support: Since my team is spread across several countries, we deal with different currencies regularly. Expensify handles conversions accurately and consistently, which is crucial for maintaining clean records. Where Expensify Might Be Less Appropriate: Offline Use: While Expensify does have some offline functionality, if you’re in an area with poor connectivity for extended periods, you may find yourself limited until you’re back online to sync everything.
