Overall Satisfaction with Expensify

Our organization uses Expensify to manage the expenses for tour guides. From personal expenses to group expenses, Expensify is user friendly, easy to onboard, and had great compatibility with several other softwares we use.

A big issue we initially had was reminding tour guides what expenses we needed to track and which ones we didn't. Expensify speaks to our operations software and determines which items we need to collect receipts from.

The Concierge is always prompt, helpful, and efficient.

I work with tour guides with varying technological literacy, and Expensify has been a blessing. It has clear labels and processes, it's easy to explain based on common user devices, and it's compatible with other softwares.

Plus, I never have to worry about answering questions when I'm out of office as Expensify's Concierge is always helpful to everyone.
12/10 prefer Expensify over Oracle.

From user friendliness, to support, and selfishly, the overall look and design of Expensify blows other finance software out of the water.

Any time there is shifting expenses to help people informed and stay on track and be paid out faster.

The ability to have pre-populated expenses but also manually create them is helpful.
