Overall Satisfaction with Expensify

I use Expensify to report all business related purchases to my company. I work onsite at a location in a totally different area than where my company is based. Expensify allows me to easily upload and tract all my expense making an outstanding and cohesive way for personal accounting as well as reporting for all things expense related.

Pros

  • Uploading receipts
  • Reminders about unsubmitted expense items
  • Prompt notifications regarding approvals

Cons

  • Newer version had a slight learning curve
  • Visually confusing in the beginning
  • Functionality could be simpler
  • More productive
  • Better tracking
  • Sense of ease
I found there was a slight learning curve to using the platform as stated previously but overall I found once one transition to regular use that it more than pays back in the time saved for completing other tasks throughout my workflow and week. I highly recommend this platform to my colleagues and others in need of expense solutions.

I found Expensify to be best with single expenses with one receipt to attach I found it slightly more cumbersome if I had multiple expenses for one purchase. Overall, it took a bit of getting used to but now I feel like it's worth the investment of time for my purposes.
