Overall Satisfaction with Expensify

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

This is the second company I founded that I chose to use Expensify for tracking our expenses. Keeping track of your expenses and having a copy of the receipts is hard when you're traveling, but Expensify makes it easy. Now, we get our expenses reported on time, and it is not a burden for our staff to submit them. It also takes less time to approve and pay the expenses.

I have tried other expense apps but this has been the easiest to use and satisfies all our needs.

When you are traveling, it is hard to collect and retain the receipts. They always get lost. Taking a picture so that you can have a record is easy. You can associate that expense right then or later. It is also nice that it retains the last report you are working with so that the expense get associated with that report.
