Overall Satisfaction with Expensify

We use Expensify for reimbursement, which needs to be fast and accurate. We are a global organization, so being able to submit expenses quickly and be reimbursed nearly the same day is excellent.

Pros

  • Reimburse quickly
  • Organize expenses clearly
  • Have a clear UX and design that makes this process simple

Cons

  • Naming of reports automatically is a little annoying but not a big deal
  • People get their money back ASAP, so less anxiety about costs
It's very simple and intuitive. The questions and prompts along the way are the best part.
