Overall Satisfaction with Exponea (acquired by Bloomreach)

It's being used by Marketing department, mostly for CRM and Marketing Automation cases. Sometimes we use it for Customer Service e-mails.

I think Bloomreach has better visual design than the ones I already worked on, however it could be to the fact that it's a newer product, so they have had a chance to build it from the scratch. Creating scenarios is also easier and quicker. I think Salesforce is more convenient when it comes to building reports, you can even download a full package of reports that work straight out of the box, whereas in Bloomreach, it took us months to create them from 0. Those already provided either didn't show us anything valuable (e-commerce vs fintech), or they were created for analyzing for example products, catalogs etc. We are also using Typeform on a daily basis, and I must say that Bloomreach doesn't have 10% of the functionality that Typeform does, when it comes to surveys
It has modern, simple and easy to look design. It doesn't take long to learn using it, since the UX is very friendly and intuitive. However, when you get more and more advanced in it, you will realise that if you don't code in jinja, lot of those features will be limited.
In this section I must say, the tech support for Bloomreach Engagement is doing an amazing job, not just with the basic stuff like getting around the interface, but more complexed like jinja code for some advanced personalisation use cases.
I was able to start building scenarios and simple e-mail campaigns from day 2 basically so it was quite fast. I can't say anything more about the implementation process, as it was already implemented for some months when I joined my current company.

All scenarios used for Marketing Automation are well suitable when it comes to e-commerce. However when it comes to other use cases like building any base in Fintech, problems starts to show. Alot of Bloomreach's products are not being used at all by us, not because they are bad, but rather they don't make sense in the financial environment. The basic example would be web layers, they are quite advanced, however, our website is only a path with basic information and links to Google Play & App Store. It looks and has total different functionality compared to let's say e-commerce stores. And the things we would like to use almost every day, are for example in-apps, which do work, but they need a lot of improvement, for now they are more so like popup banners.
