Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use EZ Texting to communicate with our applicants. We use it as a way to send reminders, confirmations, and announcements. We also encourage other departments on campus to use EZ Texting as an additional way to reach their many students.

Pros and Cons

I appreciate how simple it is to send messages - from the uploading of contacts to creating and sending texts.

I would like to see the ability to send a photo and link within a message without it looking like 2-3 messages sent at the same time.

Return on Investment

It allows us and our prospective students an additional (and more easy and responsive) way to communicate.
