Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

Our development team used the API to integrate multiple applications to send text messages to our customers. Merchants can send the receipt information to customers via SMS rather than printed receipts.
  • API is easy to use. Our integration took less than one day to get working.
  • Reliable delivery. We send messages to a wide variety of devices across all Canadian mobile carriers.
  • Customer service was good. Any time we had any issues they responded quickly.
  • Some of our messages bounce due to invalid content. But the content is always the same so we don't understand why.
  • Hard to measure but we do have merchants delivering transactions via SMS.
We started with EZ Texting and have stuck with them. We have not found any reason to change so far.
Works well with API integration so apps can send text messages. We had no difficulty in integrating our applications to send messages to customers. We are sending transaction receipts from our merchant facing application to customers and also sending customer service messages from our internal Customer Service Representative portal.
