Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

It is being used to facilitate text communications between my practice and my patients. It gives us an easy to use and preferred method of communication for things such as appointment reminders and notifications that glasses and contacts are ready for pickup.
  • Appointment reminders.
  • Notification that their order of glasses or contacts is ready for pickup.
  • Directions to get to the office for first-time patients.
  • I'd like to see a schedule a text option.
  • Integration with a database to schedule future texts.
  • Better and easier communication with customers.
  • A more modern approach to customer contact.
  • Fewer missed exams or sitting products waiting for pick up
I haven't used any other services like EZ Texting.
Patient and customer communication reminders are great. Less appropriate would be conversations between doctor and patient about medical conditions that should be discussed more directly and confidentially.
