Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

EZ Texting allows us to do some very basic marketing to our customers with an affordable price and multiple features. This is clearly what it is designed for and it does a good job at that. Where we find the bigger value and something we hadn't expected to use it for was with our cowokers. We use the system at least once a month if not more than that to send text messages directly to our employees with updates or even links to a FB Live we are doing in our internal coworker group. Being able to reach our front line employees quickly has been a huge asset to us this year.

  • Access for multiple users on different privacy settings
  • More inbox control for potential sourcing to multiple locations
  • API to other tools such as podium that provide the things listed above
  • Marketing wise we haven't seen a ton it's just something else we add to our check list but I think that's more our fault than EZ Texting
  • Communication with coworkers has helped us to streamline our messaging and be more clear and consistent
  • One of our best sales years yet
It's extremely quick, they set the majority up and then it's a blank canvas. You can do as much as you want or as little as you want. It took us some time to get into the weeds with it because we weren't being proactive but you could be extremely quick about it and have results within a month easy.
I have been able to give others access and not even have to explain anything to them. That is a HUGE benefit from a time-saving perspective. Very few platforms are as user-friendly as EZ. It has also allowed me to give employees with more task-based things access and accomplish the same results.
I haven't ever used it.
It works like a charm - easy, easy, easy! I feel it gets the user more engaged from the get-go and allows them the ability to decide if they are interested or not within seconds instead of having to read information. Pictures also grab attention more than text so personally we feel those messages are more read and clicked.
We don't use it as much as we should. It's a great feature - we need to be better at it.
I would say for the basics of texting customers or coworkers it's a great platform. It allows quick and easy contact upload and message sending as well as scheduled messages and multimedia messages.

If you are looking for a more robust CRM this isn't the platform for you. It isn't going to allow you to have multiple channels or users to sort by.
