Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
We use EZ Texting in order to promote our apartment complex to prospects. We also use it to communicate with our residents about resident events, renewal info and important community information. We do not have an easy way to text people through the operating system we use, so EZ Texting gives us an easy way to communicate quickly and efficiently! It is so easy to use and uploading contact lists is super quick too!

We got up and running in about two days. We initially used it to contact potential residents and prospects and then when we went operational we used it to keep residents in the loop as well.
It saves me time. Adding contact lists, drafting a message and sending or scheduling the message takes less than five minutes. Other companies take way longer and are as easy to use and navigate.
The picture feature works great! We use it to send pic of our events, flyers and promo materials. It shows up with the text beautifully and is super easy to see and read!
I do not utilize keywords.
We use Google Voice to send out individual texts but there isn't an option to send out mass texts. Whenever we have to send something to 5 or more people we ALWAYS use EZ Texting.
