Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
We use eztexting to sign up users for a customer loyalty program via text. They text in to the shortcode wit their email and receive a loyalty number they can use immediately at the register to gain points.
- Maintain text history and customer lists
- Uptime
- Deliverability
- Tech support & debugging. We regularly get an error message via email that I don't understand where it's coming from.
- API docs are a bit confusing. Why two APIs with conflicting variable names and no identifying information in the post?
- We've had great success signing up new users via text and our customers have enjoyed the ease of enrollment.
We launched our API calls in days, but we did get stuck verifying that we weren't sending anything regarding liquor in our texts for months.
Don't know, I'm a developer and have only used EZ Texting via the API.
We do not.
The keywords are very useful, but dividing up the forwarding API and keywords API has caused a few issues for us. It would have been easier to parse keywords on our server.
