Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
EZ Texting is used as a mass text message system to send our customers promos, coupons, information about sales, etc.
- Scheduling texts
- Allows you to put a web URL in messages
- Messages don't have to sit in a waiting queue for a text to go out
- Allowing images to be attached to texts
- EZ Texting must allow all emojis to be used!! Businesses rely on this to capture an audience and to keep the audience's attention. This is my NUMBER ONE complaint
- More room in the subject line
- We haven't seen enough ROI to keep it around. We hope we start to see one soon so we can keep the service.
- We do like that it is immediate communication with customers.
I am very pleased with EZ Texting customer service. They have always been very helpful. I'd like there to be more knowledge on how to help set up a website pop-up with an opt-in and a bounce-back discount code. I haven't found a web developer yet that can figure it out.
Immediate customer communication allows for immediate customer attention to our products.
Since emojis are not allowed- pictures are EVERYTHING to us. They help to capture an audience quicker versus them ignoring a text
We do but the benefits we have not seen yet. Still looking to capture a wider audience. A website opt in would help.
