Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

I've been aware of EZ Texting for some time and originally hoped to use another tool because it was cheaper. However, after having tried multiple other tools, I went to EZ Texting due to its robust functionality. They've been at this for years, and the ability to do shortcodes, the slick UI, templates, and so forth make this a great fit in my app stack. I use it to text with my customers in a B2B setting.

  • Mobile-friendly.
  • Group messaging.
  • Workflows.
  • Event-based messaging.
  • Integration with POS.
  • Better customer experience.
We were up and running within minutes. No implementation team was needed, and a business development rep called me, though I didn't need the assistance. Very friendly folks!
It is pretty self-explanatory. I didn't need assistance from professional services to implement it. The user interface is intuitive.
They actually called me on the phone. What SaaS companies are even doing that, these days?
I don't use the picture messaging, but if it's anything like the SMS, it works great.

Front is more of an omni-channel messenger, where this tool is just for texting.
EZ Texting is great for a standalone text tool, great for group messaging, and for basic 2-way SMS. If you are looking for a highly integrated CRM messaging tool, this is not the tool for you. There are generally vertical-specific text tools that can handle business conversations, chat, and text messaging.
