Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
We needed to present a solution for a client. After testing several options, we decided EZ Texting provided the best solution for our client. Their platform is a great tool for SMS marketing. You can easily create and track campaigns. The system is intelligent enough to handle opt-outs with ease. We are glad to have them in our toolbox.

Getting started with EZ Texting was fairly easy. They have a variety of plans to choose from. We were using their service to in turn provide it to one of our customers. EZ Texting has a pay as you go plan which was perfect for our situation. The client was happy with the overall service we were able to provide via EZ Texting.
We tried other platforms before ultimately deciding to use EZ Texting. Their platform was what sold us. It was easy to use and we love all the features that came with running a campaign on their system. We were able to create campaigns easily and tracking was also a great feature. Kinda similar to using a newsletter service.
The MMS messaging feature was a main factor in deciding to use EZ Texting. For the campaigns we wanted to run, we strictly needed them to be MMS messages. They were recieved exactly how client imagined they were being sent out. We tried other platforms but were turned off by the MMS limitations they had. EZ Texting was perfect for MMS.
We did not utilize keywords.
We tried a hardware base solution, carrier restrictions hindered our delivery ability. We also tried Textedly and they didn't provide as much as EZ Texting. EZ Texting was the perfect solution for our project.
