Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
EZ Texting is being used by both our sales departments and our customer service departments. It helps send reminders of upcoming recruitment meetings as well as follow up for the sales department. The customer service department uses it as reminders for upcoming important deadlines for customers.
- Very easy to manage users/credits.
- User friendly UI that staff are able to use without issues.

- Reporting could be a little be better and more detailed.
- Having the text come from a long code number instead of short code.
- Have been able to increase meeting attendance because of the reminder texts.
