Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

EZ Texting is being used by both our sales departments and our customer service departments. It helps send reminders of upcoming recruitment meetings as well as follow up for the sales department. The customer service department uses it as reminders for upcoming important deadlines for customers.
  • Very easy to manage users/credits.
  • User friendly UI that staff are able to use without issues.
  • Cost effective.
  • Reporting could be a little be better and more detailed.
  • Having the text come from a long code number instead of short code.
  • Have been able to increase meeting attendance because of the reminder texts.
  • Helped save on customer service time by reminding customers of upcoming deadlines so they have missed less.
  • Saving sales agents times by not having to send out individual text messages.
We had uses Zipwhip in the past, but that was a little bit different of a product that it focused mainly on 1 to 1 texting, but did have bulk texting option. EZ Texting is by far the superior product when it comes to bulk texting and not an unreasonable cost like Zipwhip.
EZ Texting is great if you are using it to send out different types of reminders to potential or current customers. It allows us to manage list and easily remove those who do not wish to receive text messages without us worrying about someone else sending them one unless they opt in again in the future.

I would not use EZ Texting to try and complete a sale, more so the use to set up a conversation about it.

EZ Texting Support

Their support team is always very fast, reliable, accurate and professional. We never have to try to escalate any issues or reach out to our sales rep for additional assistance. We have not had any problems with the support team at all and I would give them a 10 because of that.
