Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

sending out text blast to my customers.
  • sending text
  • opening images in text
  • automatically refreshing incoming messages on mobile
  • allowing contact creation on mobile (save contact details)
  • there is rarely a ROI with this service
  • i am able to reach lifetime customers
this is the only product I am aware of.

It's only good for infrequent chats. if the conversation is back and forth rapidly, you'll have to constantly refresh the app, or select something else on the menu bar, then come back to the inbox. photos are loaded and so small, it's pointless to have customers send them. The images can not be magnified or opened or downloaded, nothing. There is no outgoing signature for texting. Oftentimes, I start a text and have to reintroduce myself. I can't save the contact easily. Cant sort messages easily, don't know who is texting me...
