Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

EZ Texting helps our agency mass text clients to be aware of appointments, events, trainings, reminders and communication. It's easy to use and flexible to our needs. Once a contact is entered, they can be individually contacted or added to groups for messaging at the same time. The client can reply to the message and it is saved and tracked into the system. If someone does not want to be contacted, they can unsubscribe and EZ Texting will remove them from the list.

  • EZ Texting having contacts in groups has helped us keep organized and be more efficient
EZ Texting is easy to use and understand. We have taught several employees to use it and after one tutorial they are able to use it on their own with no problems. Straight forward and to the point, EZ Texting is set up to be user friendly and needs minimal instructions.
EZ Texting has user instructions but it is not hard to figure out, even without instructions. We have had some employees start their own personal accounts to use for their own business or group texting. If you already have a contact list, it can be easily imported and used.
EZ Texting is for mass texting but we use Constant Contact for mass emailing.

EZ Texting solved our solution of mass messaging for our clients, without seeing who else the message was sent to (like a mobile group text). EZ Texting has organized our clients in groups and we can message individually, or to the group as a whole. We also love the "schedule" feature to be able to send when we want. Reoccurring messages for weekly appointments is efficient and easy to use helping save data entry and working hours.
