Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
EZ Texting helps our agency mass text clients to be aware of appointments, events, trainings, reminders and communication. It's easy to use and flexible to our needs. Once a contact is entered, they can be individually contacted or added to groups for messaging at the same time. The client can reply to the message and it is saved and tracked into the system. If someone does not want to be contacted, they can unsubscribe and EZ Texting will remove them from the list.

EZ Texting has user instructions but it is not hard to figure out, even without instructions. We have had some employees start their own personal accounts to use for their own business or group texting. If you already have a contact list, it can be easily imported and used.
EZ Texting is for mass texting but we use Constant Contact for mass emailing.
