Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
We use EZ Texting to get the most important messages out to our membership. We find more and more that members get inundated with emails, and texting seems to be a better way of communication. EZ Texting is pretty easy to use.
- The new AI feature is wonderful.
- Sending large group texts is easy to navigate.
- The delivery report is helpful.
- Trying to reach customer support is a hassle.
- Using the chat for support is terrible. All they do is offer you articles that have nothing to do with your question or problem.
- Deliverability rates are high for mass texts.
I love how the AI compose gives you three options. This has been very helpful. I also love how you can select different options based on the type of message you are trying to send. For example, casual tone, marketing, etc.
