Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

We use EZ texting as a marketing tool to inform our customers about sales and promotions we have available.

Pros

  • Texting
  • Invalid Numbers.
  • Delivery Reports.

Cons

  • Email
  • Less Character count for Special Characters/Emojis.
  • Removing the opt-outs from the group instead of just crossing them out, so I know how many are in each group before sending messages.
  • Includes more insight.
  • Opt out methods are good.
  • I like being able to import customers via spreadsheet.
It's easy to use.
I have not used AI yet.
The delivery is more stable.
