Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

EZ Texting allows my organization to use our primary phone number as a texting line, and has additional features such as mass texts, campaigns, and workflows that make it easier to contact existing and potential clients.

Cons

  • Auto Reply
  • Reply suggestions
  • Communicating easily with current and future clients
Some features are hard to find but overall it is easy to use
I was not aware of AI Compose
EZ Texting is much cheaper but offers very similar services

We had some initial issues that were solved after some back and forth with customer service, but after that the service has worked well to fit our needs of occasional interaction with our clients.
