Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

We use EZ Text for our emergency messaging system. EZ Text allows us to reach all of our employees via text quickly and simultaneously in case of an emergency. This is helpful for us so that employees don't have to check their email before coming into work and can receive the information directly on their phone. We use EZ Text only for emergencies, ex, office closures in case of bad weather, etc.

EZ Text was very easy to set up and very intuitive. It does not take long at all to add your contact lists or to set up templates. It takes a second to get used to when it comes to sending mass group texts, but all in all, it does what we need to do and was easy to implement. We were able to do it ourselves.
We do not use AI Compose at all in our business. We send very small and infrequent messages, so it doesn't really provide additional value. However, for those using EZ Text for a marketing campaign, I can really see how it would be relevant and provide significant value.
We have never considered or looked into any other system. We were very much just trying to fix a gap in our internal system as quickly and easily as possible. EZ Text was one of the first options that came up. We did a free trial, and it seemed easy (EZ) enough to use and fair in price, so we moved forward.

For what we use EZ Texting for (Emergency contact system), it does what we need and is very easy to manage and keep up to date. The team always reaches out to see if there is anything more we need, which is kind as well. I can't speak to its features as a whole, however, as its use is very narrow in scope in our business.
