Overall Satisfaction with EZLynx Agency Management

We are a small independent insurance agency and we use EZLynx Agency Management for almost all of our day to day operations as we find its been the best software for our needs. We are able to keep all customer accounts up to date and all documents stored in one software. We find its very user friendly.

Very user friendly software and they continue to improve it. We choose it as its "insurance centric" and most features are great. Training is good but some could be updated as they make changes. Would like to see some additional user options added for some tracking capabilities. But it works well for our agency.
We tried Salesforce and it was not "user friendly" and was geared more towards Financial Institutions vs Insurance and they kept giving work arounds to try vs actually making changes to recognize that Insurance is not like a bank. Their Marketing Emails were never going out and the set up was a mess....

Is user friendly but is a little pricey for a small agency. We use it for most of our operations. But is easy for new users to learn. Could update some of their training modules but compared to other programs they do offer more than some and is being updated routinely.
