Overall Satisfaction with Facebook Business Manager (formerly Pages Manager)
I use Facebook Business Manager to organize, keep up to date and improve about 15 various clients' pages and their multiple locations. It's an important tool to be able to categorize each client and their locations and know exactly where they each stand in terms of needing improvements. It's also a helpful tool to be able to add other users so that the clients themselves can gain access too.

Facebook is a well-known platform that has to be utilized. It allows us to reach so many new customers and potential patients for our clients. As well as allows us to interact with them consistently and keep them informed or advertise to a new niche of people. The best part about Facebook Business Manager is its usability and reach!

I give Facebook Business Manager this rating because how I am able to edit and customize each client location page easily and can add users as needed without any hoops to jump through. I also appreciate the about of reach that Facebook has, so having a tool like this that's easy to use and can be in control of the backed of what people see is so important.
It is very difficult to get a helpful response from their customer support team. It's already difficult to get in touch with them through email, so not getting a response can be frustrating. I understand that they receive a high volume of requests and questions, but I feel like they should be filtered and responded to.
Facebook Business Manager is a great organizational tool that allows us to keep each access to each client and their locations under one platform. I appreciate how we can customize each page very easily and when we make edits they are accepted fairly quickly, which allows us to do our job effectively.
