Overall Satisfaction with Fin by Intercom

Support and proactive support for customers, linked with Linear for making development tickets for customers. This also makes sure we have a direct line from Linear and straight to the inbox, so it is easy to stay updated in real time with no need to go to another page to see the status on issues, etc. It's a direct line between customers and us, which makes it a direct communication channel, either with chat or email, where customers can talk to us, either directly from the system they are using or by their own email. We also have a great way of seeing the statistics of who and where our users are, and what they do. We also link other systems, like Linear to directly with our developers. We also use it for internal communication between supporters, and proactive support like helping to create articles, product tours, and checklists. We also use it for messages, banners, and message pop-ups with relevant information, and monthly updates.

It's good. Easy to train, and gives intuitive answers with as many sources as possible. Need to update help center articles at all times, but that helps us stay updated and not slacking as well. If help is needed, IC´s support is always happy to help or give advice as well.
Very good, so good to have direct notifications in the notes from other integrations we are using. Linear is directly linked to our inbox, which makes us see comments and status updates updated in real time directly in our inbox, where the conversation with the customer is actually happening. Also easy to press the link and jump directly to Linear if needed.

in a direct feedback between customers and support, but also perfect for help centers, etc. We can use this in a way where we try to minimize direct customer support, and rather teach and help our customers to a sync and proactive. This is where the product tours and checklists come in handy.
