Fireflies is worth it Excellent for any video meeting or phone call.

I use it for note-taking during coaching calls with my clients. The action plan feature is such a great shortcut for ensuring phone calls are effective. For my clients, the notetaking feature lets them have the shortcuts we discussed during the call, plus allows them to listen and participate in the phone call instead of missing out on notes. I chose Fireflies over other note-taking software due to customer service. I liked how quickly they responded to an email I sent during the selection process.
