Overall Satisfaction with Fireflies.ai

We use Fireflies.ai in our company for recording our sales meetings, mainly for the transcription and the analytics it provides after the call. It's been more than 12 months of using this tool and we find it very necessary part of our decision making. We prepare reports of the sales agents based on that and it help us improve our overall sales pitch. It integrates well with Google Meet and the dashboard provides all information easily.

Pros

  • It helps in capturing audio/video of the meetings.
  • It helps in providing transcription
  • It helps with smart analytics of the call
  • It helps with the to do list and summary of the call with key pointers.

Cons

  • Tool doesn't recognizes all languages, eg - Hindi
  • Occasional delays in joining the meetings
  • If there is background noise or multiple people speaking at once, errors may arise.
  • Time & cost savings - saves approx 2-3hr per week per agent
  • Revenue & conversion impact - improved sales follow-ups and deal velocity, contributing to higher win rates and faster deal closures.
  • Proof of the calls for the clients as well the company helps in total transparency and accountability
Given that I work in sales, it is one of the must have tools for the sales team. It helps us understand and review our calls anytime, anywhere. Access to the recording is easy for sales agent as well the team. Summary and transcription saves the time and manual work.
Fireflies.ai never gave us a chance to switch, I have come across Read AI as one of the other tool used widely by other people for the same reason of meeting summary, but we are very happy with Fireflies.ai and have very minimual reasons to stop using thsi tool and change it.

It is suitable for all the organization where the sales or customer support team takes external calls. In fact it can also be used in the internal calles between the team. The best beneift is that it works as a personal assistant who takes the notes and provides the minutes of meetings.
