Overall Satisfaction with Fonality
We use Fonality as our main PBX for our entire company. It allowed us to be flexible with our communication. Our remote locations have seamlessly incorporated in the rest of the company's communication channels.

- Mobile app could be improved, even though it does function well.
- We are able to take full advantage of the flexibility of SIP trunking to reduce the need for PRI circuits.
- Updated hardware and upfront investment but it allows us to future proof our communication environment.
- Learning curve was difficult for some users who were not used to a HUD.
