Fonality was used for the business as it grew from 30 to 100 employees as a backbone phone system.
- Ease of use.
- Flexibility of device usage.
- Quick response to support questions.
- Service issues are not always resolved on the first call.
- Outages although brief occurred at least monthly.
- The instability of the platform as we grew led us to replace it with another UC system.
- As a small company when we started with Fonality, the low capital expenditure (CapEx) requirements were budget friendly.
